The KPS Life Recruitment Process
The first step in staffing a successful pharmaceutical clinical trial is to align our clients’ needs and expectations with KPS Life’s Clinical Operations Team. We will work closely with the Sponsor’s hiring manager to clarify the exact requirements needed for each role within the clinical trial process.
From there, our clinical and staffing recruitment process will proceed through the following process, however, remain flexible to accommodate Sponsors’ unique needs or requirements.
Internal Recruitment Efforts
To leverage the success of already established industry relationships, the KPS Life team will internally assess who is available from our current roster of professionals to fill a Sponsor’s specific roles.
Simultaneous External Outreach
Concurrently, outreach is made to our large, external clinical network to identify candidates for various positions.
Stringent Interviewing Process
Once potential external candidates are identified, they are thoroughly vetted and interviewed by our recruiting team, and our functionally aligned Managers to ensure their training and experience is the right fit for a Sponsor’s project.
From there, a candidate will be presented to a Sponsor.
Complete Sponsor Control
One of the key marketplace differentiators that KPS Life offers is that Sponsors maintain complete control over who is assigned to their project. Our Sponsor partners always have the option to Meet & Greet each individual being presented for a role on one of their programs.
Once approved, KPS Life will make an offer to the individual to be a project team member.
