As CEO of KPS Life, Mark brings more than 25 years of pharmaceutical industry leadership and a proven record of driving operational excellence. Prior to joining KPS, he held senior roles in both R&D and Commercial at CSL Behring, where he built high-performing teams and led clinical operations to deliver five successful product approvals.
Mark’s sponsor-side perspective gives him a unique ability to anticipate client needs and ensure KPS Life delivers solutions that enhance both trial outcomes and operational efficiency. His expertise in running clinical trials and partnering with CROs and FSPs enables him to position KPS Life as a trusted, value-driven partner to pharmaceutical and biotech organizations worldwide.
David founded KPS Life with a vision to transform how functional service providers support the pharmaceutical industry. With more than two decades of executive experience in clinical development, David has built global teams and managed trials across multiple therapeutic areas.
In 2010, he transitioned his first company, Kelly Clinical Consultants, into KPS Life, expanding from a U.S.-based provider to a global organization now operating across six continents. His career includes senior roles at Novartis, Wyeth, Amylin, and GlaxoSmithKline, as well as early experience at Covance, giving him an unparalleled understanding of both sponsor and CRO dynamics.
David’s vision continues to guide KPS Life’s model: flexible, client-focused partnerships that deliver measurable value and global reach.
With more than 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, George drives the operational infrastructure that ensures KPS Life delivers consistent excellence for its clients. global growth. Since joining in 2014, he has expanded the company’s client base and strengthened service delivery, becoming COO in 2018.
Previously, George held senior roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Cephalon, and ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services (RPS), leading global procurement, contracting, and outsourcing functions. His experience includes building the first centralized outsourcing unit within Pfizer’s Global R&D.
George’s expertise in strategic outsourcing and relationship management ensures that KPS Life delivers operational excellence, efficiency, and long-term value for its clients.
As Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, Nicole shapes the vision and direction of KPS Life’s global growth. She leads Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Operations, aligning market strategy with client needs.
Nicole brings decades of sponsor and CRO leadership, with pivotal roles at GSK, Wyeth, Johnson & Johnson, and ICON. She is recognized for driving transformational FSP models, scaling global operations, and forging award-winning client partnerships.
A former oncology nurse, Nicole combines clinical insight with strategic industry expertise, ensuring KPS Life delivers high-impact solutions that advance clinical development and client success.
As CFO, Emanuel oversees KPS Life’s financial strategy, planning, and operations, ensuring the company’s financial health and sustainable growth.
Before joining KPS, Emanuel spent over a decade in investment management, with deep experience in private equity and growth investments.
Emanuel brings both financial discipline and strategic insight, enabling KPS Life to invest in innovation while maintaining a strong foundation.
Dr. Czapliński leads KPS Life’s European operations, bringing more than 30 years of global CRO leadership and medical expertise. A physician by training, Armand began his career in anesthesiology and intensive care before transitioning into clinical research leadership roles spanning Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.
He has guided multiple CRO expansions and integrations, building operational infrastructures and partnerships across diverse geographies. Multilingual and internationally experienced, Armand ensures KPS Life maintains both global reach and local scientific leadership.
His clinical background and operational expertise make him a trusted partner for clients navigating the complexities of international trial execution.
Ken ensures that KPS Life attracts, develops, and retains top talent worldwide. Since joining in 2018, he has aligned HR strategy with corporate growth, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ken brings over 30 years of HR leadership at organizations including Vanguard and Mars Incorporated, as well as experience running his own HR consulting firm.
His people-first leadership strengthens KPS Life’s ability to build high-performing, purpose-driven teams that deliver for clients.
Dana leads KPS Life’s global recruitment strategy, building high-caliber teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific to support client clinical development programs.
With more than 20 years in global recruitment with industry-leading functional service providers, Dana has built large-scale recruitment engines, integrated global teams post-merger, and developed long-standing sponsor relationships. Her expertise ensures that KPS Life can deliver specialized, scalable talent solutions with agility and precision.

As Chief of Staff, Morgan partners with KPS Life’s CEO and Executive Leadership Team to align strategic priorities with execution. She drives cross-functional initiatives, optimizes processes, and enables organizational efficiency.
Morgan has more than six years of experience at KPS Life across data strategy, sales operations, and commercial leadership, supported by a background in biostatistics and research analysis.

As Global Head of Marketing, Paul drives the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that elevate KPS Life’s brand, strengthen market positioning, and accelerate growth. He leads the Marketing team in building campaigns, content strategies, and digital engagement that amplify client impact.
Paul brings over 20 years of global marketing leadership, with experience across more than 70 organizations and industries. He has led transformative branding efforts, launched innovative products, and spearheaded advertising for Pfizer’s U.S. and global HCP portfolio.
His expertise in brand building, demand generation, and strategic messaging ensures that KPS Life’s distinct voice and value resonate across the industry.
Anne leads Clinical Services & Delivery at KPS Life, overseeing the strategy and execution of FSP solutions across site monitoring, clinical trial management, and inspection readiness.
With more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry, Anne has extensive sponsor-side experience and a proven ability to build large-scale FSP teams. She is known for her client-focused approach, strategic foresight, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

As Head of Digital and Business Operations, Rich leads the technology strategy that enables KPS Life to thrive in a secure, digital-first world. With over 20 years of IT leadership, he has transformed infrastructure, modernized data centers, and led enterprise-wide security initiatives for organizations including ICON and PRA Health Sciences.
